These terms govern your use of salehelm.com and the SaleHelm service. By using the service you agree to them. Questions go to hello@salehelm.com.

Early access

SaleHelm is in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We will tell early access users before any paid plan applies to them.

Your accounts

You must be authorized to connect any account, store or phone number you connect. You are responsible for the instructions and rules you give the service.

What the service does on your behalf

SaleHelm replies to and follows up with leads who contacted you or opted in, sends quotes and payment links built from your catalog, and records where each sale came from. It does not send cold messages.

Acceptable use

Do not use SaleHelm to message people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you, to break any platform's rules, to send unsolicited messages or calls, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Ending use

You can stop using SaleHelm and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SaleHelm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell users by email.
